It seems I fail consistently in my attempt to lose weight. I look forward to getting back home after our extended trip to Wisconsin and really hitting it hard.
I have chosen a few different eating adjustments.
1. Do not eat after 6 pm. I can snack on a few veggies and can drink anything but milk.
2. Exercise an hour a day.
3. Low carbs.
4. Higher protein, but not radically higher.
5. Desert only on Sundays.
6. Drink tons of water.
7. Drink my red raspberry and nettle tea daily for my female parts.
8. Do tons of Keigles to help put my female parts back in place after having six kids.
I know I need to lose weight, not just for myself, but for my husband and children.
